MIT is a good college among the private universities. It has a lot of facilities and academics and placement is also good. Big companies like Deloitte as well small companies come for placements and provide a good enough package.

MIT Manipal’s mechanical department is excellent and its brand value is higher, therefore you are recommended to opt for it.

You are advised to opt for B.Tech CS at SNU. It has world class faculty.

I am not very sure if you'll get a seat. The seats for CSE are already full. You can give your name for waitlist. Considering your rank if there are any seats available later, then you'll have a better probability of getting in.
