Hello Ajit,
I appreciate your interest in pursuing marine engineering. To be eligible for marine engineering, you need to have a minimum of 60 percent in your 12th standard, along with a minimum of 60 percent in physics, chemistry and mathematics. As you don't satisfy this eligibility criteria, you are not eligible for marine engineering.

Philosophically speaking, nobody can guarantee that we will be alive tomorrow. However, practically, no marine engineer is found unemployed. So, have no worries. Sky is the limit for this branch.

To get admission for marine engineering in any college at Maharashtra, you have to appear for MHT CET. You should also appear for JEE Mains.

Nowadays, girls have started to join this stream of engineering. However, being a stream of engineering, the admissions are as per guidelines of AICTE. However, each state has its own set of rules about admission process. Direct admissions are possible only through management quota.
