Hello Ajit,
I appreciate your interest in pursuing marine engineering. To be eligible for marine engineering, you need to have a minimum of 60 percent in your 12th standard, along with a minimum of 60 percent in physics, chemistry and mathematics. As you don't satisfy this eligibility criteria, you are not eligible for marine engineering.

Philosophically speaking, nobody can guarantee that we will be alive tomorrow. However, practically, no marine engineer is found unemployed. So, have no worries. Sky is the limit for this branch.

To get admission for marine engineering in any college at Maharashtra, you have to appear for MHT CET. You should also appear for JEE Mains.

You need to appear for IMUCET entrance examination.
IMU Common Entrance Test (CET), which is also known as IMU CET, is conducted by Indian Maritime University, a government recognized University. The University conducts the common entrance test for admission in its undergraduate level program in the field of maritime engineering, that is, Bachelor of Science (Nautical Sciences). Nowadays, girls have started to join this stream of engineering. However, being a stream of engineering, the admissions are as per guidelines of AICTE. However, each state has its own set of rules about admission process. Direct admissions are possible only through management quota.
