Direction of TV serials, documentaries, films or advertisements are all distinct fields when we see them as areas of specialisation. Doing B.A. won't do any good unless you have Already eeb quite active in Media works. B. M. shall give some extra edge over B.A. For searching scope of becoming a Director. Because it will only be in Mass Comm degree that you will surely get chance to work on Media Production.

BBA is the foundation level degree for Business Administration and Management. Once done, this leaves you with two options, either to do MBA and Specialise in the Interest Related Domain. You can then pursue Advertising and PR, Film. Production or event Management or Marketing and Sales or some course in Digital Marketing as well
But after BBA you have to do best possible efforts to get Jobs or Professional Association if you are not going to do MBA. If you do MBA, this will make it bit easy to explore specialised jobs.

You need to take a call for the places you want to study at. IIMC and JNU and IP University are good names for Mass Comm in NCR. Amity University Noida is also a good name as a private University. In Mumbai-Pune you have Symbiosis, MIT, etc. There are less government colleges in India. JNU and IIMC are to be preferred. Jamia is also a good place for Mass Comm in Delhi.

Bachelor Degree admission is done on the basis of 12th. But I do not think there is any Lateral Entry process for Mass Comm. If you have a Migration Case where you have already done the first year and want to join the second year, you need to find colleges for that.

Your question needs more clarity. If you wish to know that Do we earn Money after B.J. M. C. - Yes, everyone can start doing a Job after Graduation and their skills and learning will play a really important role in getting a job. If you wish to say that we never earn Money after B.J. M. C. I shall refute that and say that B.J. M. C. though just a Bachelor degree can also get Jobs.
