The eligibility criteria for B.Sc in graphic design in ICAT University is as follows:
1. Candidate must have passed 10+2 in English medium, those who have not studied from English medium should have completed IELTS level 6.
2. Candidates who have completed 3 years of Diploma from a recognized University or Government after 10th can also apply for the course. Hence, you must either complete your 12th standard first, or opt for some 3 year Diploma course.

If you belong to Delhi General category, you have a good chance to get Jagannath International Management School, Maharaja Agrasen Institute of Management Studies, Trinity Institute of Professional Studies and Tecnia Institute of Advanced Studies. You can just fill up your preference of college according to your rank in the form that you will get and wait until your rank is called up.

Event management courses are generally offered at post graduate level. You need to have a graduation degree to pursue these courses. Although, there could be an exception that an institute might consider UG Diploma eligible for the course. You will need to check that with individual college.
