Yes, you can go for MA (Journalism & Mass Communication) after BCA. Eligibility criteria for MA (Journalism & Mass Communication) in most of the top universities is a pass with 50% aggregate marks in Bachelor's degree. (It may vary with the university you choose)
The most important thing is that from where you pursue your post graduation. Its better to choose good institute or university which offers you good practical and industrial exposure, good placements like:

It depends where your interest lies. Both the fields have an immense scope. It's upto you which field attracts you the most. If a career in Information and Technology appeals you more, and you think you have techie's brain, you should go for BCA. If you think you are creative and writing, editing, photography, film, animation, design and other aspects of the media attract you more, you should go for a career in visual communication.

Yes, there is an entrance test for BA (Hons) Multimedia and Mass Communication (MMMC). DU conducts Delhi University Entrance Test DUET to shortlist aspirants for admission in certain UG courses. All the interested candidates need to fill a centralised admission form. The entire application process for DU admissions is completely online.
