I am afraid you cannot pursue the diploma course in media design professional from iPixio Design College. One has to clear 10+2 from a recognized university in order to be eligible for this course.

Generally, the cut-off of all DU colleges offering mass communication ranges from 90-98%. Given the intensity of competition, the cut-offs are always on the higher side across all colleges under DU that offer the coveted programme. The university will release cut-offs for vacant seats subsequent to each round of admission via online and offline modes. You will need to keep an eye on the newspaper for second and third cut-off list to be published. There might be a slight chance that the cut-off might come down to 70 percent, only if you're lucky.

If you have any such issue stopping you from pursuing a course in Mass Media and Journalism, Distance Learning is the available option.
Distance Learning is one option where the age bar is not kept in the eligibility for doing a course.

I suggest please visit the campus and meet the counsellors there. You will get a better idea about the institution.
Thanks.
