Basically, maths is not needed for commerce stream to pursue mass communication.
So, you can leave maths if you want to do mass communication.

Hello Tushar,
These days, students with PG in Mass communication are indeed in demand. Electronic media, multi-media, print media, internet based media, and almost everywhere there is requirement of trained professionals. Unfortunately, the compensation depends on one's negotiation skills, but varied from Rs.6-10 LPA.

It completely depends on your SAT score. If your score is decent, then you can apply for US top universities in Mass Communication, and it also overshadow your class 12th percentage. So, all the best for future.
