Dear Ankita,
Yes, you can pursue any master course if you are B.Com graduate but that should be of either commerce stream or of Arts stream. Only one entrance exam you have to give in the respective college or university, if applicable.

It sounds great that you will be completing your Bachelors now. Apply for Masters in mass communication for the top 5 colleges of India or else you could also go for MBA in specialized fields.
