For admission in BA Journalism, you need first decide on the college and check the eligibility criteria before applying. Top colleges are:
Institute of Mass Communication Film and Television Studies
St. Xavier's College, Kolkata
Zee Institute of Creative Art, Salt Lake
University of Calcutta.

Some of the good colleges are as follows:
1. St. Xavier's college B. M. Mumbai
2. Christ University, Bangalore
3. Symbiosis Centre of Media & Communication, Pune
4. Whistling Woods International, Mumbai

Universities like DU do offer all the courses but you cannot major in all of them. You will need to choose and apply to one specialisation.

It depends on which course you want to take admission.

See, follow your dreams and make a dare move. If you are serious in RJ it is a good field. But think a minute before taking a step in RJ and have a back up plan and see are you really capable to do it, if yes, proceed on to RJ rather than commerce or else go to commerce.

I just came across you question. I feel that Reva University is one of the best in BBA media and mass communication programme. Fee would be something around 70k to 1 Lacs.
