Nothing much unfortunately could be gathered as to what is meant by international course. Perhaps the slant would be on case studies from abroad. You can apply for the entrance exam 2018, if you have passed 10+2 from a recognized board, and also if you are high in aptitude.

It is definitely a good choice, but only if you are interested and dedicated to it. All the best.

The result of HSC (Maharashtra board) will most probably be out on last week of May.

Both are divergent from your B.Tech though, getting a professional degree may help.

It depends upon your ability to get good job. It is more of a communication skills play. So, play well.
