Hi,
You have to be a class 12th pass out with a minimum of 50%, however, if you want a good institution then you need a high percentage and thus you can apply for the course. Also, there is no such particular quality but you need to be good at communication skills and general knowledge. Bachelors in Mass media is a degree course of three years and the fee depends on the college you choose.

Self-Motivation can be a key to make yourself a Motivational Speaker. But, there is not any course yet to become Motivational Speaker. You can watch some videos of Team Fearless on You Tube, Listen Successful persons Stories and then get inspired, Stay Positive and guide others on such things of which you have things to say. You will be a motivational person for them.

You can go for Mass Communication, either Diploma or Graduation, and then there you can get theoretical, practical knowledge about TV Anchor. May be you will be able to convince your parents while pursuing the course. Show them your zeal.
Work on yourself which are very important to be a TV Anchor:
You should be a good speaker/orator, knowledge of Current Affairs or about the particular task on which you are going to host, Pleasant Personality and Camera Friendly Face. Later on, you can join internship in any of the Media house which will enhance your confidence and your communication skills. You can move ahead in your anchoring care
