I don't think so, and which course in specific?
The department offers following courses and the University is affiliated to the UGC:
Master of Journalism and Mass Communication (MJMC) (two year, full time course).
Post Graduate Diploma in Mass Media (one year, evening, part-time Diploma course).
Post Graduate Diploma in Journalism (one year, evening, part-time morning Diploma course run only in Marathi).
Post Graduate Certificate Course in Photojournalism.
Ph.D (by research).

Hi Tanvi,
Admission process varies from across colleges. Some of the colleges also provide direct admission based on the candidate's performance at the 10+2 level. Some of the colleges accept admission on the basis of the performance in a relevant entrance test.

Hi,
You have to be a class 12th pass out with a minimum of 50%, however, if you want a good institution then you need a high percentage and thus you can apply for the course. Also, there is no such particular quality but you need to be good at communication skills and general knowledge. Bachelors in Mass media is a degree course of three years and the fee depends on the college you choose.
