Actually, there are few universities who offer degree in specialised Advertising Area I. e. GJUS&T, Hisar. But now they merged their department with mass communication. But no issue you can do PG Diploma courses from number of institute or campuses. Even there is no need to do a separate degree or Diploma in advertising. If you already have done graduation or Masters in mass communication, then you should join as intern in any ad agency and try to get exposure of real advertising industry. That only thing can give your real practical exposure of advertising.
No one campus can give you real advertising exposure. Because each and every campus always follow the syllabi pattern of universities, and they teach you as accordingly. So as per my experience, you can start a PG Diploma from any institute or university on distance mode and you should join as intern in any ad agency, if you are really interested for advertising.

Definitely, it's possible if you choose mass communication. Because wherever you will apply for news anchoring, they will ask a graduation degree in mass communication or may be specifically in broadcast journalism or television journalism and production. After that when you will get the degree then, you can't be appointed directly as a news anchor. Firstly, you have to work in field for getting the better knowledge of field. Either it's a political beat or crime one.
You should have great knowledge of subject which has great impact on society or common man. When you will get the field experience and reporting ones, then maybe you can request or get a chance be as news anchor in news channel. But I think firstly you should start some regional channel or small one and try to make a good portfolio of news anchoring. Then only you can show case your profile in any news channel for getting the opportunity of news anchor.
