Admission to the respective courses is offered on the basis of merit including 45% in Class 12 for BTech admissions and 50% graduation aggregate for M.Tech admissions. Yes, it is possible. Many universities accept BTech CSE graduates into MSc Health Informatics programs. Biology is not always required as many MSc Health Informatics programs focus on IT, data and systems, and applications in healthcare as opposed to simple clinical sciences.
