Merit-based admission is granted to BVCEC for undergraduate (B.E./B.Tech) and graduate (M.E./M.Tech, MBA, MCA) programs mostly through entrance tests. Admission to all courses at Ashoka Institute of Technology and Management is based on scores obtained in any entrance exam.
UG:
At UG level, the institute offers BPharma, BTech, and BCA courses. Admission to BTech courses is based on the scores obtained in the JEE Main exam. Admission to BPharma, and BCA courses is based on the scores obtained in the CUET exam. To be eligible for any course, the candidate has to scoe a miimum of 45 % in class 12th in a relevant stream from any reognised board.
PG:

Applicants should have a valid TNEA score and secure 10+2 with 45% (general category) in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry to be admitted into Loyola-ICAM College of Engineering and Technology (LICET) for UG (B.E./B.Tech). Admission is through entrance exam and interview and is on offer either via Anna University management quota (50% seats) or single window counseling (50% seats). A bachelor's degree with 45% marks and a valid GATE or CEETA score are the pre-requisites for postgraduate courses (M.E./M.Tech).
