Of course, you can. The basic eligibility requirement to pursue a PG degree or Diploma course is to have a bachelor's degree only. Irrespective of the discipline you got your degree from, you are eligible to pursue a PG degree or Diploma course in VFX. Though you'll need to crack entrance exams for some PG degree courses.

If you belong to the General category under the AI quota, admission to the Master of Fashion Management (MFM) course at NIFT Shilong is not possible with a cutoff rank of 800. In 2025, the maximum cutoff required was 532 till Round 3 for MFM admission among the students belonging to the General AI quota. However, a cutoff rank of 800 is a decent rank to get admission to the MFM course for students other than those in the general category. With 96 marks in CUET PG, you can't expect to take admission in a top central university, for example, IARI, BHU, or Visva-Bharati. The cut-off marks for these universities are generally above 160 - 200. You may have a chance to apply to state agricultural universities or private colleges, for example, Shivaji University, LPU, Amity University, or AKS University, because they will have a lower no. of cut-off marks and offer M.Sc. agriculture programs. Also, watch the second or spot rounds. 

 55 marks in CUET-PG is considered very low score, the chances of admission in premier central universities such as Delhi University, BHU, JNU, JMI etc. are almost negligible as their expected EWS cutoffs are around 220–230 marks. 
You may look into smaller state universities or private universities accepting CUET PG admissions that may have lower cutoff marks for admissions, sometimes with respectable EWS cutoffs around, like 150–180 marks.

You generally need a bachelor's degree and may need to take entrance exams like CAT, XAT, or NMAT for MBA programs in HR and then you will have to appear for GD and PI.
