ACCA is equivalent to Indian CA except the geographic recognition it has. You will study accounting, taxation and finance subjects as practical papers which require basic mathematics. Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) is a course in which candidate has to learn the basics of maths skills which is enough to earn this degree. To simply put, the answer is 'YES'. B.com as a course can be pursued with a basic knowledge of mathematics. But saying so, analytical and logical mind set is very much required for post B.com options like, a core banking jobs, CA, CA, MBA etc. You need not be strong with maths but you should be good at numbers. This will improve over time and during the course as well.
There are plenty of options without much mathematics after B.com but you must figure out what kind of life do you expect and what kind of job you want to do.
My advise is to plan out what you want to do B.Com what other options you have and how the program will help

B.A.(Hons.) Candidates qualified in 10+2 Board or equivalent examination. Candidates must have obtained at least 45% in aggregate of all subjects. Having maths as a subject is not compulsory, however, you may have to have economics as one of your electives if you are a humanities student.
