Its' really hard as you haven't taken IT nor maths as your subject. So the only way to become a software developer is to study on your own and search institutes who'll help you out in this. Trust me, if you choose to do this it's going to be really hard for you. So, in my opinion you should look out for any profession.

Yes, you lay your focus on IIT-JEE. It is too good to start in class 11th. It is proud to see such a woman with a future vision.

For BCA, maths is an important subject and without Maths you will not be able to pursue or get admission in BCA. If you want to pursue BCA then you can give a separate exams of Maths through open school and then try for BCA.

Yes, it is possible to join B.Tech course after completing B.Sc through the lateral entry scheme which is offered by most of the Engineering colleges in India. The lateral entry is only given to candidates who have either completed diploma in Engineering or B.Sc course.
After completing any of these 2 courses, you can apply for admission in B.Tech through lateral entry scheme.

B.Tech is not possible without mathematics. So, I suggest you that you can visit the campus of Anand College of Engineering, Jaipur, where basic mathematics and physics classes is going on. So that, your fear in maths is removed and you can complete your degree.

Mechanical engineering consists lots of application of maths.
Also, maths is a common subject in all semesters.
So, gear yourself up for mechanical branch or opt for any other branch.
