As per your interests, electrical branch (EEE/EE) seems to be most suitable followed by electronics and communication (ECE). These two branches have most of the physics and mathematics part.

Yes, you can pursue B.Sc. Getting less marks doesn't mean you are not up for it unless cut-off becomes a hindrance.

Yes, you can go for BMS in Jai Hind College and HR College of Mumbai University. The application form is available on their site.
The merit list will be shown on their respective website on 22nd June, 28TH June and 1ST July. Good luck.

You just have some general calculations in commerce stream. Maths is not so vast in this field. You have other options like medical also but since you want to continue with commerce go ahead without any doubts. All you need is to have your basics clear (maths).

70% for PCMB in CBSE is not that bad. For you the career options are countless. You might go opt the following:
1. Engineering (Stream can be chosen according to your interest)
2. Medical Field (MBBS or BMS)
3. B.Sc. (Again stream to be chosen according to your interest)
4. Law (if interested)
Other than that if you want to choose any you can.
In the end you have to decide what your interest lies in.
