If you do B.Sc with chemistry, then you have to give 12 papers of chemistry and 2 papers of Math, so you need math in class 12th to do in B.Sc level.

For JEE (Main)-2017, only those candidates who have passed their class 12th exam or any equivalent qualifying examination in 2015 or 2016; or those who are appearing in their class 12th exam or any equivalent qualifying examination in 2017 are eligible to appear in JEE(Main)- 2017.
You are required to fill up the form for JEE Mains online whenever it comes (mostly towards the end of this year).
Clearing of JEE Mains will fetch you a chance to sit for JEE Advanced for which you need to register separately.

BCA is about computers and B.Sc is a science/maths area that you already know. If you want to go for a job related to computers like development or hardware, this is the field for you. Still, to get good jobs after BCA, you will need to go for higher studies like MCA.
