In chemistry, organic chemistry is a very important part. So, you can make a chart of:
1. Important name reaction.
2. Ascent and decent of series.
3. Road map of organic conversion.
4. Important tests, etc.
While in mathematics, there are lots of formulas and principle. So, you can make another chart for it. In physics, you just concentrate on numerical part and derivation for board exams.
All the best.

Hello Aadil,
Normally speaking no entrance exam is conducted for admission in B.Sc. Just check with admission staff of the college where you intend to do this for any clarification, etc. You have not mentioned your place of residence or state hence name of specific college can't be recommended.

Short term IT courses will not help you to get a good IT job. Therefore, in order to have a long term good career in the field of IT, you are advised to seek admission in either MCA or M.Sc CS or IT.
