Yes math is compulsory in DU for B.com(H) and B.A.Eco(H).But you can go for B.com programme if you don't have math as an elective subject in class11 and 12.

Without Maths in 12th you will not able to meet min eligibility criteria in most of the universities. Few private universities allow admission in MCA without Maths in +2 stage. You may evaluate this option.

Kaushal, you can as universities just ask for you to be graduate.
MCA can outstrip a B. Tech graduates earning potential.
There are many good universities that are offer courses like MCA, MCA(H) etc.
After MCA you can also go for M.Tech (CSE) or PhD for better career prospects.
Most universities offer world class environment to their students along with good placements. Some even offer scholarships. Check the websites of some universities for more details.

You can pursue B.Sc Zoology, Botony, Chemistry without Maths at +2 stage. If you want to B.Sc Physics, Maths, Statistics, Computer Science, it is mandatory to have Maths at +2 stage.
