Yes it's a right decision as long as you like these both subjects! Just experiment for a year and you can even leave a subject if you like the next year for your boards!

Yes, student without having mathematics can also go for BBA. You can go for general BBA and then go for the specialization, which has no mathematics linkage like marketing, etc.
