As you are having just 60% in your 12, you don't have a lot options to go for. However you still have some best universities to go for like Lovely Professional University, VIT, Amity. These are having the best placements and also LPU has one of the best scholarship schemes in India. You can consider these for taking admission. Hope this helps.
