Many colleges offer b.com. there are limitations for without math students but with math is no problem. popular ones are- DU, MU, narsee monji, symbiosis, christ, xaviers

In all branches of engineering contain 4 compulsory course s of mathematics. You should have to pass it if you join engineering however chemical engineering, information technology, textile engineering etc less dealed with mathematics

Hi.as I see you are interested in MSc Mathematics,you can either go for IIT-JAM exam which admits you into reputed IITs across India or else you can directly apply to renowed colleges.
Some of the prestigious colleges that offer your course are :

3. Christ University,Banglore
4. Colleges under DU

I doubt if you can study accounts without mathematics. Business studies require some amount of mathematics. You need to check the syllabus carefully beforehand. You can check BBM programs or short term.diploma courses in business management.
