Hi
If you mean software learning, yes you can do it as computer programming can be done by anyone. it might not be possible for you to take a degree like bca without maths but languages like C++,JAVA, Python etc can be learnt.
For hardware too, you may be allowed to take diplomas.

You cannot do it in india but abroad some university allow you to go for double major so go for msc maths from IISC or IISER.

You need to first have a graduation degree to go for IIM. IIM offers PGDM that is a post graduation course. So you need to have a graduation degree first, and then you can go for IIM.

You may choose from the following:
1.B.Com. stands for Bachelor of Commerce. Generally a 3 years long course.
2. B.B.A. stands for Bachelor of Business Administration. 3 years long course.
3. B.M.S. stands for Bachelor of Management Science. 3 years long course.
4.C.A. stands for Chartered Accountancy. Duration depends on how you take training and clear exams.

Concentrate first to complete 11th and 12th NCERT. After that you can continue your practice by solving R. S. Agarwal , Arihant , and also if possible try to get practice material from leading test preparation institutions. But one thing make sure that whichever book you pick , try to solve each and every problem of it from each and every topic.
