What you will want to pursue in college matters now. What do you want to do? You hate maths, so that means you don't want to do engineering. Medicals also you will not like. So don't take science. You can go for commerce stream without maths. But if you are not interested in commerce also, then Arts is your last option.

No you cannot get admission in b. Tech if u r repeator in math. But if u r repeator in all subjects then u can get admission in btech.
