It would not be possible to enter any master's programme until you complete your graduation. In case you are interested in any diploma/ certificate in English. Take a look at ignou.ac.in and choose. Once you clear your bachelor's , you may apply for masters too.

As per CBSE student cannot change its stream in class 12 and also in mid stream of class 11. And you might also face problem from changing your stream from comm without maths to science with maths. The link for the same is given below:

Mathematics is found difficult if you hvnt practiced it enough but b.com hons has a good scope for career in future as you will have lot of options to choose from. so I would suggest which ever university you wish to apply for, check the course structure for it and then decide.

You do not require to be a Maths student to be a banker. However basic understanding of maths of 10th standard is must to crack banking job entrance examinations.

Not all maths exactly but the first two semesters do hv maths module which is essential to learn the rest of the programme. I would suggest you to search for "bca course structure" of the respective university you wish to apply and make the final decision.
