At CU, first year is more of compulsory courses on micro, macro, stats and Maths while in second year, there are non-maths courses from which you can opt for. So, You can survive (happily/unhappily depends on u) without Maths background. At ISI, Maths is a must.

CU Sports Quota Admission Application Procedure
The process is similar to applying for ECA trials. You will have to fill the DU application form through the official university website.

No you don't need to have maths in 12th for studying psychology. It does have Statistics as a portion because researches are done in psychology and to evaluate them, behavioural statistics is needed.
