I am afraid you have perhaps not raise your query fully. You are saying that can a normal B.Sc. Graduate apply for this. But you have not mentioned what is the meaning of the word. In view of this I would like to advise you to raise a fresh query giving what graduation you are doing and then asking the query in simple terms as do you want to do this can you do this with your qualification. This will enable the counselors to give you a detailed and fruitful response. Best wishes to you.

As per your interest, Make the IIT Mumbai or IIT Delhi as the target and start your preparation accordingly. The 75% of marks in 12th with PCM are mandatory requirements. The admissions in IITs are based on the ranks obtained in JEE Advanced exam conducted among the JEE Main qualifiers. So First you have to complete the 12th but JEE Main preparation can be starts right now. The eligibility criteria of MCA of IGNOU is given below. Eligibility: Any Bachelors degree of minimum 3 (three) year duration from a recognised University AND Mathematics as one of the subject at 10+2 level or graduation level; else the student is required to pursue and pass the BCS-012 course concurrently with IGNOU MCA. If you had studied Maths at +2 or graduation level, then you need not register for BCS-012. So from above because you have studied the Maths at graduation level so you are eligible for the asked course.
