B. Des Animation does not required Mathematics at 12th level. The eligibility criteria of top design Institute like NID is given below for an idea. Eligibility criteria : Applicants who have passed or will appear for higher secondary (10+2) qualifying examinations in the academic year 2019-20 in any stream (Science, Arts, Commerce, Humanities, etc. ). From any recognised board of education such as CBSE, IB, ICSE or their equivalent are eligible for B. Des in Animation and Film Design.

Yes you are eligible. Because you have not write about the specific college, So the eligibility criteria of VIT Vellore is given below for an idea. Eligibility criteria for B.Tech CSE with specialisation in Bioinformatics : Candidates having (Maths, Physics, Chemistry) in +2 or Higher Secondary Board are eligible for all the B.Tech. Programmes. Candidates who have (Biology / Physics / Chemistry) in +2/ Higher Secondary Board are eligible for the following Bio stream programmes only. But after joining, registering Mathematics as bridge course is mandatory.
