Dear aspirant,
Glad to meet you. Yes, you can pursue B.Sc. Maths after 12th. Some institutes insist on 12th with Science stream, but mostly they do take commerce students with Maths as one of the subjects in 12th. There would be some criteria of minimum percentage etc. Or there might also be an entrance exam set by the college, so be prepared. Top B.Sc. Mathematics Honours Colleges in India

Dear aspirant, Glad to meet you, Yes, a commerce student can take admission in B.Sc. Hons. If you have Maths as one of the subjects in 12th even if it is optional. No college usually denies a student on the basis that the student is from another stream, but your percentage should not be below 50%. Hope it helps. Best colleges for Mathematics:

IGNOU aims to provide and promote digital study material among IGNOU students so that they do not need to depend on printed or hard books. IGNOU eBooks will help you in your exam preparation from anywhere and anytime, even if you are traveling. The student also has the option to choose the soft copy of the study material if the student does not want the printed material from IGNOU but prefers to use the online books. Hope it helps. IGNOU has started the re-registration process for the July 2022 session. The last date to re-register is 30th June 2022. As per the official notification, the last date to re-register for the M.Sc. In Mathematics programme is on 30th June 2022. M.Sc Mathematics is a postgraduation course offered by IGNOU through online and distance modes of education. IGNOU is a government-funded central university that offers all students a low-cost education. Course fees: INR 10,000

Yes, B.Tech in biotechnology has Maths as a subject so you need to study Maths in order to complete your B.Tech in biotechnology. Being LPU alumni, I would suggest you to visit the university website to check the syllabus of LPU Biotechnology. Though there is no particular subject of mathematics, you have to study Statics and Probability.
