The normal eligibility criteria for B.Sc. Math Hons degree course is a pass degree in 10+2 or equivalent examination in Science stream with at least 50% marks obtained by candidates in Mathematics subject or in aggregate from a recognised board or Institute. Therefore, arts stream students of 12th cannot do B.Sc. Mathematics (Hons).

No, it's not compulsory. As per JEE Mains eligibility criteria, candidates should have obtained a minimum of 75% marks in class 12 or equivalent exam or they must be in the top 20 percentile in their class 12th examination. For SC/ ST, the eligibility is to obtain a minimum of 65% marks in class 12 or equivalent. Therefore, it is not necessary to obtain 75% marks in PCM in 12th.

The eligibility criteria of BCA of BBAU- Amethi Satellite Campus is given below.
Eligibility criteria: 10+2 with a combination of Physics, Chemistry and Maths or Computer science or equivalent as one of the subjects with 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PH) from recognized Board/University.
So, maths or CS is mandatory for BCA course, so you cannot get admission here.
