Candidate have passed with accountancy, commerce/ business studies, economics/computer Science, statistics/business mathematics are only eligible. You can go either for graduation from DU or do B.Tech from various colleges through entrance exam.

In case of most Colleges offering admission to Commerce stream students (for B.Sc. IT programme), they have an eligibility criteria. As per the criteria, the student must have had Mathematics and/or Computer subjects during 11th and 12th Commerce stream schooling!

Both courses are of different streams and scopes. If you are from a Science background than prefer to do B.Tech, because this course required a good understanding of Mathematics and Science. While if you are from a Non-Science stream than BBA may be a good choice. Further, if we say about the employment opportunities of both the courses, then B.Tech has big advantages over BBA course. Hence, it depends upon the academic background you have and your interest.
