Hi,
The TANCET Syllabus for MBA is different from the MCA syllabus and the TANCET Exam structure for MBA exam also has different components.
MBA stands for Master of Business Administration and MCA stands for Master of Computer Applications. The duration of MBA course is of 2 years and of MCA course is 3 years. One thing I suggest you is, give much importance to get the job which you are interested rather than to get the job where you will be paid high.

Now almost 2 months are left for the IIT JAM 2020 Exam. So, from now you should follow these tips:
Study the most important topics from now. Solve previous year IIT JAM Question Papers. This is the best way to prepare for the exam as this will give you and idea about the pattern and difficulty level of the questions. Take online mock tests to analyze your preparation. This will also increase your speed and accuracy while solving questions. Improve your weaker areas. Focus more on the topics in which you are weak. Make notes of all the important stuff. This will help you in your last minute preparation. Learn all the important form

Since you don't have any Bachelor's background in Hindi it's hard to say. I would suggest IGNOU as it's relatively easy to get. But, it could be difficult to get admission in government colleges. But, enquire with individual colleges who have MA Hindi.
