I think to take admission in MLSU Udaipur for B.Sc. Mathematics Honours course, you need to clear the entrance test and you can check the website of the college for further details and there is no cutoff.

Yes, NIOS Degree/Certificates are acceptable in government jobs at par with other recognised university's degree/certificates. Hence, your NIOS degree is acceptable for all relevant government jobs or for higher education purpose.

As per your marks, and considering you as a general category as you have not specified your category you will not be able to get DU in any cut-off. You need minimum of 82% to get DU in last rounds. If you come from any category leaving OBC (as it is not much different from general) there is some chance, you can get DU in 4-7 cut-off list.
