No, you are not eligible for this. First, you have to pass all subjects in class 12th.

If you are asking for B.Com programme then having maths is not compulsory but for B.Com (Hons.) or BMS, you must have maths as a compulsory subject in class 12th. Hope this helps. Good Luck.

No, you aren't eligible for M.Sc. in chemistry if you've not studied maths in your 10+2. It is a mandatory subject for graduation in chemistry and physics, except biology.
