Yes, Rajasthan University does provide M.Sc. In mathematics. Candidate must be pass in B.A. /B.Sc. (Pass course or Hons. ). Recognised by this under the 10+2+3 scheme with Mathematics as one of the subjects with at least 55% marks in the aggregate.

Generally, universities admit students with 50% in 12th in B.Sc. Computer Science. Try for some good private universities like LPU. Yes, but it depends on whether you will be able to apply for any counseling applications or not, because even if you apply and you do not have the result with you even the seat allotted to you by college will stand cancel if you do not furnish the certificate. As in most of the counseling applications you would not be eligible to apply because you have not passed the board exam. The candidate can only take admission in Medical College only when you have cleared the compartment paper. So you can take admission definitely but at the same time it could also depend upon which round of counselling is going on. It might be that

Many MCA colleges will accept you since the BCA syllabi covers the important topics and mathematics required to be eligible for MCA.

Firstly, the admission to engineering in any branch including IT is normally not based on marks of 12th but is based on marks obtained in the concerned CET. So, if you study well and obtain a percentile of 80, you will have bright chances of getting your desired branch.
