Student Pilot License (SPL) & Private Pilot License (PPL) are intermediate stages of Commercial Pilot License Training.
You will be issued an SPL by the flying club after some hours of ground classes and an internal exam. Thereafter you shall become eligible to start flying training.
Its very simple logic SPL - PPL - CPL.
YOU CAN SKIP PPL AS IN ANY CASE YOU ARE ASPIRING FOR A HIGHER LICENSE, WHICH WILL ALLOW YOU MORE PRIVILEGES THAN PPL.

You should first clear your maths and pass in it. Only after that you will be eligible for any UG course. But you can do Diploma on 10th basis.

MIT is the best institute in the world. For getting admission in MIT you have to take SAT and TOEFL exam but this is not sufficient because the admission process is holistic means they will also see your other qualities like extra curricular activities, personal essay, family background and many more. If they're thinking about you then they don't see about your income potential. They want only talent. But the admission is very competitive like out of 100 only 7 to 8 can get admission in MIT.
