But, if you have interest in something, money will come automatically without even bothering about it. Doctors are most needed in India (it is what I feel), we are developing, but still people (mostly children) are dying from illness, epidemics, malnutrition, and most of the doctors go abroad rather than helping here. Hi Jomichan!
You can apply for an architecture course if you like. The field is well suited for creative people with non-medical subjects in 10+2. Apart from this, you can also consider having a career in design industry like fashion design, interior design, product design, automobile design, accessory design and so on. Bachelor of Fine Arts BFA is another course that you can look at, which will help you to have a career in visual or performing arts.

I will suggest you for GATE exam. If in this you score very good, then your chances of getting a seat in the college like IIT IIIT etc. will increase. Also, many institute may conduct their own exam or they take admission on the basis of your past academics. GATE exam is a common gateway. But, many institute announced their own admission procedure. Mostly college will take admission on the basis of your Masters. But in government you need to qualify one national exam or your academics should be so good that you can even apply direct.
