You have completed your post graduation in Physics then I recommend you to opt physics as your major subject in B.Ed. Because you have a strong basic knowledge and you can teach physics to other students. And also you can opt mathematics also this subject are more likely related.
After that there more job opportunities also like physics tutor, physics teacher in government or private college/schools.

From my point of view it would be really difficult for a person who has only studied mathematical methods for a semester to be admissioned in IIT Bombay for M.Sc in Physics. Still apply for the course. But to study M.Sc in Physics that too in a college like IIT Bombay one should have atleast a 2 yeared core subject as Maths. Moreover even if you get a chance to study physics it would be quite difficult for you to cope up with the subject.

While preparing for KLEEE Mathematics section, candidates should check official syllabus. Level of KLEEE syllabus is similar to 12th class qualifying exam.

No, it is not compulsory to have Maths as a subject in Class 12 for Mithibai College of Arts BCom admission. However, candidates seeking admission to the Mithibai College of Arts BCom (Hons) course are required to pass Class 12 with Math conducted by the Maharashtra/ other Indian State Boards or equivalent examination.

You can still apply for the UGC NET Exam if the final exam results for your Masters degree are awaited. However, you will be only considered for the award of JRF and Lectureship when you pass the master’s degree with the required percentage within 2 years of UGC NET Result declaration. Otherwise, you will be exempted from it.
