The following are the requirements for admission to the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad's (IIM Ahmedabad) MBA programme (Post Graduate Program in Management, PGP):

  • A minimum of 50% in any field or an equivalent CGPA is required for a bachelor's degree or its equivalent. A minimum of 45% of marks is necessary for those who fall into the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), or Persons with Disabilities (PwD) categories.
  • The Common Admission Test (CAT), which is administered by the IIMs, is required of candidates. PI and WAT invite the shortlisted candidates. For the final selection, performance in these areas is crucial.

In order to get admission to MBA at Ahmedabad University, students need to pass Graduation with a minimum of 50% aggregate in the respective subjects. The university accepts admission based on scores of candidates in any one of the entrance exams such as CAT/ XAT/ CMAT/ NMAT/ MAT/ SNAP/ GRE

To be eligible for admission to BCom (Hons) and BBA (Hons) programmes at GCEC, students should have passed class 12 with at least 70% - 75% of marks from a recognised board. The minimum eligibility for GCEC MBA programme is a graduate degree with a minimum of 55% marks.

The eligibility criteria for the MBA programme offered by DIT University includes minimum 50% aggregate marks in Class 10, Class 12, and graduation. Valid score in any of the accepted entrance exams such as MAT, CAT, XAT, CMAT, UKSEE, or DUET. Shortlisting based on the entrance exam scores, followed by a Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (PI). Admission confirmation after payment of the admission fee.

Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University (BGSBU) requires a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline with at least 50% of the required credits from an accredited university in order to admit students to its MBA programme. Furthermore, applicants must be eligible to take the university's Common Entrance Test (CET) or have a valid result from another national management entrance exam.

MBA is the PG-level programme taught in four specialisations and it takes two years to complete the course. 

Eligibility: Bachelor’s degree obtaining minimum 45% of the aggregate marks (40% aggregate mark for reserved category) or its equivalent.

Selection criteria: CSMUEE / MH CET / CAT / GMAT / CUCET or any other state CET

Note that the selection is based on the candidate rank obtained in the entrance examination. The first refrence is given to the candidate with higher rank.
