Candidates must complete their graduation or equivalent with at least 50% aggregate to apply for Alakh Prakash Goyal Shimla University MBA programme. There is a relaxation of 5% in the aggregatre for candidates belonging to the reserved category. Aspirants must hold the documents proving their eligibility for verification at the time of admission.

Candidates who have passed graduation from a recognised institute or university with a minimum 50% aggregate (45% for SC/ST), are eligible to apply for MBA at IMRT Business School. The school offers an MBA programme which is approved by the AICTE and affiliated to AKTU. IMRT was awarded with 'A+ Excellent B-School Award' by the Government of Uttarakhand. MBA selection is done on the basis of a valid score in CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT entrance test.

Bangalore Institute of Management Studies MBA admission is entrance-based. Candidates can apply with a valid score of KMAT/Karnataka PGCET/MAT/CAT/CMAT. The institute shortlist applications based on exam score and invite them for group discussion and personal interview round. To be eligible for PG course, a valid bachelor's degree is required with at least 50% aggregate (As per unofficial sources). Eligible candidates can apply through the institutes' official website.
