Hi Raj,BIM follows Tamil Nadu reservation policies it has most of the reserved seats under SC, ST, BC and BCM categories, as CAT cut off do vary year to year basis. If you come under above-mentioned categories, you can go for an attempt, you might get an interview call based on your profile. Other colleges I can refer are LIBA and NIT Trichy. All the best, do apply quickly as today is the last day. admission. bim. edu.

There is no steadfast rule as such for selection. But, if you have 90% above in class 10th and class 12th, you will get maximum marks for that section, and even if you have decent CAT score, you can convert them. If you have great CAT scores based on category, 80% above in both class 10th and class 12th will suffice.

Chances of converting is high, but you need to perform well in GD, PI and extempore. These will be deciding factors not only in FMS-Delhi, but also in other IIM conversions.
Weightage of composite score:
CAT - 60%
GD - 10%
PI - 15%
Extempore - 5%
Class 10th - 5%
Class 12th - 5%.

Apart from the score, you need to look at your percentile. If your percentile is above 70, you can apply.
If the percentile is not up to the mark, you can apply through other entrance scores.
