Since MBA is a Masters programme, you need to be a Graduate to pursue it. In case you intend to pursue any form of MBA, then its advisable that you first complete your Graduation. Nowadays, via the correspondence route, one can complete BA in 2 years time.

No, not at all. Admission in good MBA college seeks work experience but you can still secure admission if your entrance mark is good and you did well in GD/PI.

MBA has three different level. One for freshers who has no experience, we call that as Freshers MBA. Second one is with 2 or three years any experience, we call it executive MBA. Third one is called AMBA, MBA which is meant for managers. That is, you need a minimum of three years of managerial experience. You need IELTS to prove your English proficiency. No need of GMAT for freshers. For others also, GMAT is not mandatory.

You need to give an entrance exam for getting admission to top institutions private or government. Further, there are many eligibility exams, which you can give admission like CAT MAT GMAT ATMA etc. These are nationalized exams, but some of the institute have their own exams for eligibility like symbiosis, BVP etc. Further, you have to be eligible for getting admission to these top colleges. Feel free to call on given details above. And, getting a post-graduation degree from a lower level college is not a good option, as this will be your last chance to get the advantage and get into your career with a good start.
