You can definitely go for integrated BBA and MBA if you are eligible. The gap of 2 years doesn't matter.

Yes, you can pursue it after completing your graduation In BA (Hons) English. You need to score minimum 50% to be eligible for CAT entrance exam. You are fully eligible to pursue MBA.

In Germany, PG courses are divided into two semesters I. e the winter semester which starts in October and the summer semester, which starts in May. But most of the PG courses in Germany will have winter intakes. In other words maximum PG courses start in the month of October. Irrespective of the of university, the PG programs will fall under two categories
1. International programs which are English taught programs
2. The German taught programs. Eligibility

If you have done B.A. In maths or Economics, then MBA finance is good. In absence of both of these subjects, MBA finance would be very challenging. I would advice you to check out your interest areas and career aspirations & then decide what course you need to pursue.
