No, MAH-CET is not necessary to pursue Bachelors in hotel management.
The eligibility to pursue a career in hotel management:
Students who have successfully completed their 10+2 are eligible to pursue a degree, Diploma, or a certificate course in the field. If you have completed your graduation then you will be eligible for the postgraduate programme in hotel management.

Yes, you can surely get admission in Sinhagad. Placement records are fine and the package may range from 3-4 LPA. But you can try for more better colleges than this.
