Yes, you can apply for MMS through CMAT under OMS category that is Other maharashtra State. OMS seats are (18 seats, 15%) through CMAT.

Yes,of course it's a good score and definitely you can apply with this score for ITM, Navi Mumbai. ITM stands among top 100 B-Schools at 15th position. It's placements are at it's best. So I would suggest you to apply for this college.
