You can give MAH-CET irrespective if you are a Maharashtra domicile or not. However, for MS admissions which is through DTE you will need to show proof either through your birth certificate/Maharashtra domicile certificate or else you will be considered as All India student.

With 146 marks in NMAT, unfortunately, you don't have good options. NMAT is not accepted by any top college apart from NMIMS and its sister schools in Bangalore and Hyderabad. So, you're advised to re-attempt it next year. If you are looking for tier-3 options and are okay with the cadre then you may opt for L.M.Thapar, MISB Bocconi, Woxsen, IBS, Shiv Nadar University, UPES College of Business Management and Economic Studies, Alliance School Of Business, SRM University- Chennai, GITAM University-Hyderabad, BML Munjal-Gurgaon to name a few.

Dear Ms. Malini,
MAT results will come by Feb 28. Even if they do not come, apply with MAT hall ticket number. You can apply to our programme and later update the admission test score. You can also appear for any number of admission tests and keep us updating the scores till you get a call for GD/PI. You will get a call for GD/PI only if your scores are above the cut-off as explained by Ms. Srikrupa. Wishing you the best.

Chances are very less to get calls from good government MBA colleges but you can try for NITs. Durgapur, Rourkela, Hamirpur and few others might accept this score for management school. You can try for other state engineering colleges if they have a management wing. Generally, government colleges (even tier-II/III) have good ROI and have very fewer seats for management, hence it will be difficult to get one.
