Finance is a developed sector, so average pay scale is quite fine there.

It varies yearly, depending upon the students, applying each year. Last year it was around 75+ for general category student with an agriculture background and 60 for NC-OBC student with agriculture background.

Since you have more than 24 months of work experience so you are only eligible for PGPM and Great Lakes does not consider CMAT 2018 score for PGPM.

If you want admission in top IIM like A, B, C then you should have more than 80 percentile being from a non-engineering background. The same criteria for rest IIMs but try to work for more than 90 because we should always try to do our best. So think and do all the very best.

Hey Kushagra,
The break up of seats is as follows.
CAP Round:
Christian Minority (Roman Catholic): 31 seats
Non-Minority: 17 seats
Institute Level seats: 12
If you score more then 80 percentile in XAT, you will have a fair chance of getting an admission in Don Bosco Institute of Management & Research.

IBSAT is good but not the best. If you couldn't qualify in any other exam then I would recommend IBS as a last try. Its ROI is good. For IBS test, the level of difficulty is moderate. I guess they do consider other factors like work experience and all even if you fall short in qualifying score by few marks. It is definitely not harder than CAT.
