The MBA admission process for Maharashtra is conducted through DTE, Maharashtra. You can visit the following site for further information https://www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in
You can get admission in PUMBA on the basis of MBA CET score or any of the National entrance exam for MBA like CAT, CMAT, ATMA, etc.
PUMBA offers two courses after graduation i.e. MBA+ & MBA-Pharma Biotechnology.

Hello Kajal,
CAT cutoff is usually more than 97 percentile. If you have given CAT, you are eligible for admission in PUMBA. I would suggest you to appear for MBA CET too, in order to ease your path towards admission in PUMBA. You will have to apply through Centralized admission process (CAP) conducted by DTE, Maharashtra. For further details you can visit https://www.dtemaharashtra.gov.in

20 percentile in CAT won't get you in any of MBA institutes, which are average or above average. You can apply for CMAT or CET this year or sit for 2018 CAT again.

For PGDM in Healthcare Management, the initial shortlisting this year would also be profile based; weightage to your CAT score would also be given, but that isn't disclosed by the management yet.

Your score is quiet low to get enrollment in Top B schools and IIMs. For getting enrollment in IIMs, you need to score minimum 90 percentile in CAT and should have first grade academic scores. As IIMs selection criteria is based on 70 CAT score and 30 % on academic score. To get selection in top B – schools, you need to score minimum 80 percentile in CAT and other Management entry tests. As for now, either you can try to get enroll in decent private colleges for management studies or do the good preparation for further CAT or other Management entry tests. All the best.

It is not mandatory to have work experience to join IIMB, but it certainly carries weightage in admission process. IIMB has great diversity in terms of students with and without work experience that makes this place a great academic institution to learn.
Check this for eligibility criteria of IIM Bangalore. http://www.iimb.ac.in/sites/default/files/PGP-admission-process-2018.pdf
